Friends of Music
Friends of Music - Our Mission
The Burbank First UMC Friends of Music are a group of individuals who are passionate about the growth of our church music program and musical performances of the highest quality. Through the support of our members, we have established a self-sufficient music fund that sponsors annual presentations of choral/orchestral master works and concert series to help encourage youth and community participation in the arts. These events are always open to members of the congregation, local schools and the surrounding community. We invite you to become a part of our Friends of Music program and help us to promote and to foster the arts in Burbank.
We feature guest artists in Midday Music recitals that occur during the week and are free to the public. We also present special concerts on Sunday afternoons and evenings. Please check back often for upcoming events sponsored by the Friends of Music.

Friends of Music - Gifts
You are invited to become a member of the Burbank First UMC Friends of Music or renew your membership. As a Friend of Music, your support will directly benefit the music ministry at our church and continue to foster the arts in Burbank. Additionally, your contribution as a 'Friend of Music' will be recognized in all major concert programs for your ongoing support. You can select from the following categories of giving:
- Friend of Music Gifts up to $50
- Sponsor $51 to $99
- Supporter $100 to $249
- Patron $250 to $499
- Angel $500 and up
